We currently deliver within Australia only.
How long will it take for you to receive your order?

- In-store custom orders: Usually shipped within 2–3 days.
- Custom-made pickup orders: Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection. In some cases, pickup may be available on the same day, depending on production time. Actual delivery time depends on the local postal service once dispatched.
What carrier do we use?
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
Is shipping free?

Can I track my order?
Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your delivery online.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or lost due to courier issues, we will assist in contacting Australia Post to investigate. However, HT CarMat cannot guarantee compensation for courier-related delays or losses.
