Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HT CarMat, where innovation meets style in automotive accessories. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship, aiming to provide our valued customers with top-quality products and exceptional service. Before placing your order, please carefully review our return and refund policy.

Returns

  1. If you are not satisfied with the product quality or there was an error during customization, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at sales@htcarmat.com.au, including your order number. We may request a video as proof of the issue. We reserve the right to provide a solution via installation guidance video. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
  2. If a return is approved by HT CarMat, products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
  3. HT CarMat is not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.
  4. Before returning any product, please email sales@htcarmat.com.au to receive the return address and return code.

 

Refunds

  1. Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued before the returned product is received at our warehouse. Refunds are expected within 14 business days.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning the product, as well as any damage during shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Refunds cover product cost only, not shipping or additional fees.
  4. Due to vehicle-specific customization, the delivered product may only be approximately 80% similar to the images shown on the website.

 

Cancellations / Modifications

As our car mats are made to order, cancellations or modifications are only allowed within 3 hours of placing the order. All order-related requests must be communicated via email.

  1. Requests made after 3 hours will incur a 50% fee to cover materials and labor costs.
  2. After this period, products are already in the production process and cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Please Note

  1. Colors and textures may vary slightly from screen images due to display settings.
  2. Customized products are not subject to distance selling regulations.
  3. Products lacking the specified order features (incorrect vehicle model, dimensions exceeding 1 inch tolerance, material, cutting, or design) are considered defective.
  4. If the customized mat does not match the specifications provided in your order, we will work with you to correct any issues.
  5. HT CarMat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return policy criteria.
  6. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct selection of color, vehicle details, and delivery address at the time of purchase.
  7. HT CarMat is not responsible for errors in the customer’s order or incorrect shipping addresses.
  8. This policy cannot be combined with other promotions.
